Rohan Cash Kingston Harris Born on January 9th, 1983. Recording artist Cash Kingston came from humble beginnings and hails from a small community in Barbican Kingston, Jamaica. Overcoming hardships as a youth and from a single-parent household, Cash Kingston knew from an early age that he wanted to be in the music business. Also from being around General B a member of the Monster Shack Crew. One of jamaica's biggest dancehall groups in the 90s and early 2000s. He began writing songs and recorded his first song at the age of 12.
He attended the New Day All Age School and Tivoli Garden High School, where he graduated. In his last year of High School his Mom became sick and passed away shortly after. It was devastating as an only child, but with the help of family and close friends, he was able to rise above the painful circumstances.
Following Heart Trust at the age of 19, Cash Kingston decided to migrate to Bermuda. by then he had stopped doing music for a few years and by age 21 would again migrate to the United States of America.
Living in Massachusetts he connected with a group of Jamaicans where his music Journey would be restarted.
As a source of income, the entertainer would work as an aviation technician and the Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks CT. All while still promoting his projects at parties and Dancehall sessions in and around Springfield Massachusetts, and Hartford Connecticut.
From 2008 through 2010 he road managed dancehall duo RDX on their tours. During that time, Cash Kingston took the opportunity to study stagecraft and the touring side of the music.
He would later relocate to Miami Florida where he currently resides, well on his way to greatness. More than just your typical Recording artist, the seemingly shy, multi-talented rising star is now showcasing his talents after starting his very own label and connecting with local Miami artists, producers, and industry players.
Cash Kingston recently released two new singles, titled ‘Miami Badness’ and a song titled ‘One Night Only’ on CKMG label. With Dancehall rhythm called De-cypher, and another international sound beat both while continuing to work on several other projects.
Fully aware and confident in his talent, with the drive and natural ability he possesses, the Artist says he will continue to make the best of his opportunities and sees himself very soon as one of the most successful moguls from the island of Jamaica.
