Bounty Killer and Beenie Man received Order of Distinction from the Jamaican government on August 6, 2024. Held at the National Stadium in Kingston during the Grand Gala, the event celebrated the achievements of four legendary figures in the reggae and dancehall music scene: VP Records co-founder Patricia “Miss Pat” Chin, dancehall icons Beenie Man and Bounty Killer, and the legendary reggae band Third World.
